  • a wooden board or cutting board


  • 2-3 vegan cheeses of your choice store-bought or homemade
  • hummus of your choice regular or with beetroot, olives, ...
  • sweet or savory dip of your choice like vegan honey mustard dip, salsa, guacamole
  • mixed olives
  • 1 baguette
  • crackers of your choice
  • grapes a handful
  • cherry tomatoes a handful
  • 1 tangerine
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple or persimmon
  • 2-3 radishes
  • 2-3 dried figs
  • pecans a handful
  • pistachios a handful


  • First, place the vegan cheeses on your wooden or cutting board.
  • Place the hummus, dip and olives into small, individual bowls and add them to the board.
  • Slice the baguette. Add the baguette and crackers towards the outer edges of your board.
  • Slice the apple, persimmon, radishes and orange. Peel the tangerine. Place all the fruits and veggies onto your board, spreading them out evenly.
  • Fill any gaps with the dried figs, pecans and pistachios.
